Road Trip

This weekend we spent most of our time on the road. We helped some friends move into a new home in Eugene and then we drove another hour to Salem to attend our nephew Isaiah's baby dedication. Hudson is still not a good traveler. He hates being in the car for long drives. I still think part of that is because he gets car sick. Ethan on the other hand is perfectly content has long as we play a movie for him. One of Ethan's favorite movies is The Spongebob movie. I was quite surprised when we played that movie Hudson began singing the theme song. It was funny to hear him yelling Spongebob Squarepants.

After we arrived in Salem we took the kids to the local pizza place for dinner and games. Ethan couldn't wait to get his tokens and try to win tickets. Hudson ran straight for the Dance Dance Revolution game and started dancing. He was not very happy when some girls wanted to put money in the machine and play a real game. He did not want to stop dancing. (Good thing Mom has the game at home so we can play again). I am really bummed that I left my camera in the hotel and did not getting any pictures of this. It is amazing to me the things kids find to play with. As you will see in the pictures below Hudson found a great place to play hide and seek while in the hotel room!
