Karate Kid

Some of Ethan's favorite shows are Power Rangers and Jackie Chan adventures. It seems he has always been interested in karate moves. Once we got settled into our new routine in Oregon it seemed the perfect time to enroll Ethan in karate lessons. He is doing really well. He loves it. Of course during the first month we had a few issues with Ethan trying out his moves on little brother. He also got in trouble at pre-school a few times for punching the other kids. But he quickly learned that karate was only for self defense. In June he was tested and received his yellow belt. In July he peformed at the local Children's festival. He was up on stage with a few of his classmates. He had absolutely no stage fright. He seemed to enjoy performing. Hudson was very excited to see Ethan on stage. He started yelling and clapping once he saw Ethan.

I really should have started this website back in March when we first moved to Oregon. But since I didn't here are some of my favorite pics from the last 6 months. I am still amazed at how green everything is up here. We are really enjoying the outdoors.

New site

It was brought to my attention that the website I set up for Hudson had not been undated since November of last year. So I decided to create this blog spot to record all of the Frank Family Adventures in one place. We are having a blast in Oregon. This was such a great move for us. I will post some pictures of the last 6 months. Then I will do my best to update on a weekly basis. I am new to this site so it might take me a little while to get the hang of it. Please bear with me.
